At my age, the everyday meaning of Community has become increasingly important. Neighbors. Friends. Strangers who wave. The ways we show up for each other, imperfectly at times, but still able to create something warm and welcoming together. We yearn for it. We’re comforted by it. We need it more than ever. So it seems fitting to call this piece "Community." It sounds nice, but most importantly, it feels true.
