I Know You Know

Life is throwing some huge fucking curve balls these days and through it all I just keep stitching. It’s the one thing that soothes my body and calms my brain. I sit in my little sun room staring out at my backyard Buddha; music plays in the background and alternates between quiet sorrow and get-up-and-move. That pretty much sums it up for me right now. Seems we’re always walking hand in hand with both the light and the dark. And if we don’t accept and lean into the dark it will come back in ways we haven’t imagined. And the light? Well, it’s a gift that we shouldn’t squander for even one moment. I know you know. Just had to say it.
