Meet "Peaceful Path"

Meet "Peaceful Path"

I recently finished a Kawandi-style piece in shades of green and pink, and I’ve decided to call her Peaceful Path or Peace for short.

One of the things I love about Kawandi, is that it asks me to slow down, and to follow my intuition and trust that beauty will emerge—not from perfection, but from patience. Much like life, if truth be told.

The greens remind me of growth that never quite finishes—there’s always another leaf, another chance, another season. The pinks soften the journey, offering a bit of tenderness along the way. Together, they feel like a gentle reminder that peace isn’t something we arrive at all at once. It’s something we stitch together, moment by moment.

I suppose that’s what this special gal has become for me—a quiet declaration. That even now, I can choose a path that feels calm, creative, and full of small joys. That even now, I can make something useful and lovely out of unwanted bits and bobs.
